Breakfast at hotel, 08:30am - 12:00, our drive will pick up at lobby of the hotel then transfer to “Mai” home – The Saigon Culinary Art Center for our Cooking class. During some hours, we discover the culture of Vietnamese culinary art. With our Grand Chefs, participants will entertain a “Hands-on” Cooking of Vietnamese traditional dishes.
